Dickens House Museum
The home of the renowned Victorian novelist Charles Dickens from 1837 to 1839. Here he wrote three of his most famous novels, Oliver Twist, Pickwick Papers and Nicholas Nickleby.
See personal memorabilia including the desk Dickens used for public readings, manuscripts of his works, first editions of his books and the carefully reconstructed drawing room.
Monday to Saturday from 10am until 5pm.
Sunday from 11am until 5pm.
